Our dedicated, licensed professionals continually improve their skills by learning and perfecting new techniques to make you look and feel
great. You will walk out of our brand new facility feeling relaxed and refreshed.
While walk-ins are always welcome, we suggest that you make an appointment at least one week in advance (2 wks for weekend
apptmnts) to ensure the most convenient time for you. We may require new clients and groups to provide a credit card guarantee
at the time of booking.
Cancellation and Changes Policy
Please give at least 24 hour notice of any cancellation in consideration of our therapists who set aside their time for you. If we do not
receive proper notice of cancellation, you will be charged for the services reserved.
We value your time at LEADWAY Beauty & Health Spa and want you to take advantage of every moment. Please arrive 30 minutes
prior to your appointment time so that you may change into a robe and spa sandals to enjoy Arriving early is especially important for
your first visit, as you will be asked to complete a spa intake form with questions about your health history and the specific needs and
preferences you would like us to attend to during your service.
Your treatment will begin promptly at the scheduled times. If you arrive late, we will be unable to give you the full
service time so that we can stay on schedule for the convenience of our other guests and employees.
We specialize in special event parties including bridal, birthday and corporate events. You can even reserve the entire spa for special
occasions. We require a 50% deposit for all group bookings. An 18% gratuity will be added for all group bookings.
Peace and Quite
For maximum relaxation, we ask that cell phones and pagers be turned off while @ LEADWAY Beauty & Health Spa. Please also be
mindful of other guests in common areas and refrain from loud conversation. Please inform your therapist should you need to make a
phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other spa guests.
LEADWAY Beauty & Health Spa is pleased to accept cash, Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
You will soon be able to purchase instant gift cards on our website at www.myleadway.com! You may also purchase gift cards at
the spa. Gift cards make great gifts and are available in any denomination. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-replaceable even if
lost,misplaced or stolen. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed as cash, taxes or gratuities.
Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages. You may tip the therapist in the room or upon check out at the front
desk with Debit/Credit card or cash. An 18% gratuity will be added for all group bookings.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment so we may go over your specific needs and requests. While we do our best to
accommodate late arrivals, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not inconvenience other guests. The full price of scheduled
services will apply, so please arrive plenty early so you can relax in our brand new facility with complimentary a Refreshment!
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home or in a secure place. Although we will do our best to locate and return any
personal belongings left at our facility, we do not take responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items.
Please let your therapist know of any concerns, special needs or questions prior to your treatment. Please comment on room
temperature, massage pressure or anything else that would enhance your experience with us.
LEADWAY Beauty & Health Spa will accept the return of any unopened and unused merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days
of purchase. All returns must be accompanied with the original sales receipt. We will give in-house Credit that you can use towards the
purchase of other products & or services.
